Are there any cost-effective natural whitening masks that also care for facial blemishes?

Lately, as I get older, it feels like my skin is starting to age, and I think I'm getting some freckles and blemishes little by little.

I’m trying to get my act together and take care of my skin using a natural whitening pack. I’m asking because I’m wondering if I need to use a dark spot pack and a natural whitening pack separately, or if using just the natural whitening pack is enough to care for dark spots as well.
