Can I remove flat warts myself?

Small, bumpy bumps started appearing one by one under my eyes and are gradually spreading to the surrounding areas. After searching online, it seems like flat warts. Is there any way to get rid of these with self-care? Or do I absolutely need to go to a dermatologist for treatment?
