In winter, the temperature difference between indoors and outdoors due to heating is significant. Perhaps because of this, my cheeks and nose turn red from the sudden temperature change every time I enter or leave a building. The flushing seems to be particularly worse when I go from being outside into a warm indoor space than when I go out into a cold one. I have been applying aloe vera gel because I heard it is good for flushing, but I haven't seen much effect. My skin is on the thinner side, so I think that might make it more sensitive to temperature changes. How should I care for flushing caused by the temperature difference during the winter?
