I'm getting heat rash.

I didn't sweat particularly much, but after showering in the evening, I noticed that under my chin... and the front of my neck were bumpy...

It itches a little here and there, so it feels exactly like heat rash.

It really must be hot.

How should I manage heat rash to get rid of it quickly?
