Are there any foods that help with skin health?

Maybe because it's summer, the weather has gotten hotter.

I feel like my skin is breaking out.

I'm thinking I should start by changing my eating habits.

Are there any diets that are good for skin health to follow in the summer?

The first thing that comes to mind is cutting down on flour!

I'd appreciate advice from anyone who has seen results from improving their eating habits.
