Are there any good concealer products that correct skin imperfections?

My skin is naturally on the darker side.

It was fine when I was young, but as I've gotten older, there are some areas where the difference in skin tone is severe, like vitiligo.

Since it is on the wrist, it is well covered and you can't really notice it unless you look closely, but personally, it is subtly bothersome in daily life.

I've heard that there are concealers that can correct skin tone differences like this, but I don't know which ones are available or if they are good.

Are there any good functional products that correct skin tone differences?
