(Question) I'm worried about my bumpy skin.

Ever since I started getting dark spots around my eyes, I’ve developed small, bumpy spots on my skin. They aren't acne, but white granules are coming off. They are particularly spread out widely from below the outer corners of my eyes down to my cheekbones. It is quite bothersome when I wash my face or apply basic skincare products, so I am concerned. I am looking for an ointment or cosmetic product that is good for removing blemishes or maintaining smooth skin.
