How do those of you with enlarged pores or acne scars manage your skin texture?

I have oily skin, so my pores are large and I tend to have acne scars.

I do use an exfoliating product about once a week, though.

The skin texture doesn't look smooth.

Since I have oily skin... it's really hard and tricky to take care of it...

For those of you with oily skin or large pores, what products do you use and how do you manage them?

I'm also considering buying a home care device...
