What daily care products can make my skin texture smooth?

My pores are large and I tend to have a lot of dead skin cells.

What daily care products can I use at home?

My skin is on the sensitive side, so I can't use just anything.

I've never used toner pads before; can I manage it with something like that?

Rather than having steps that are too intense and complicated, I think it would be good to have a product that allows for consistent care.
