Gray hairs started increasing one by one, and then

I tried using gray hair shampoo, but it didn't really work.
It's still a bit ambiguous to dye my hair, but the hair salon told me to wait a little longer.
Given my age and the fact that I haven't gotten used to it yet, I can't quite accept stylish silver hair.
If you happen to find any gray hair shampoos or products that have been effective, please let me know.
