What do you use when mixing modeling pack dough?

When I mixed the modeling pack, I just used tap water haha. But I found out they also sell large-capacity ampoules to use instead of water.

I am skeptical whether the ampoule can actually be reabsorbed into the skin if I mix it with an ampoule instead of water, but it seemed pretty good after reading the description. Would it be much better than just using water?

What do others use to mix their modeling packs?

Tap water? Purified water? Ampoules??
