Do Daiso or Olive Young sell nail polish thinner by any chance?

It's a nail thinner that makes thickened nail polish thin again by adding a few drops. Do they sell this at Daiso or Olive Young by any chance?

The nail polish I really want to wear this weekend has become too thick and keeps applying clumpy. I'm thinking of adding nail thinner as a temporary measure, but are there any places in-store where I can buy nail polish thinner?

I used to see roadshop brands selling nail thinner quite often, but these days it seems like there aren't many brands that sell nail thinner at all.
