I'm curious about a good hair essence for damaged hair after a magic setting treatment!

I got a perm, and the perm part on top is fine, but

The hair at the bottom where it's styled seems to have gotten dry and frizzy.

It also breaks easily when I wash and dry my hair...

It looks dry and brittle, and since it's winter, there's a lot of static electricity...

I'm wondering what kind of essence is good for times like this—it's non-greasy and provides a lot of nourishment to the hair.
