Please recommend some hair dye that won't irritate the eyes..

I have a retinal disease...

I heard that the chemicals used in hair salons are bad for your eyes, so I tend to think very carefully and deliberate a lot before getting my hair done.

The salon owner advised against using chemicals on my hair if possible, so I've just been getting it trimmed... but oh my goodness, lately I've suddenly been noticing my gray hairs... ㅠㅠ

Do you happen to have any recommendations for hair dye that I can use at home?

Please give me something mild if possible...
