Could you please recommend a shampoo that is effective for hair loss?

After having a baby, going on extreme diets, and getting older, keeping my hair alive is no joke😅 Now, rather than shamelessly wishing for thick hair, I desperately just want to protect the hair I have left😂

I am also using a scalp supplement, and for shampoo, I am using the Labo-H hair loss line.

Sisters, could you recommend a shampoo that you used and seemed to work?😊
