Is there a way to get rid of flyaway hairs?

Whether your hair is short or long, there are stray hairs about a hand's width behind your neck.

If you tie it tightly in a ponytail, stray hairs fall down on the nape of your neck

Applying anything to my hair is a hassle when shampooing, and if I use a product to fix it in place, dust tends to stick to it.

Is it impossible to get rid of flyaway hairs???

My friend says having a little wisp of hair means you're cute and that's a good thing, but I'm far from being cute...

I want to get rid of these flyaway hairs that look messy to me and make me feel hot in the summer.

If there is no way to remove it, please recommend a fixed product that doesn't attract dust.
