Is there a powder that is both moisturizing and matte?

I apply two powders with a large brush because I want to keep the sides of my nose glowed while keeping my forehead and between my eyebrows matte. Since winter is just around the corner, do you happen to have any recommendations for a powder that applies with a moisturizing yet matte finish?
