How to maintain glow makeup

I make time and put in effort to achieve a dewy, glowing complexion when I do my makeup in the morning.

It definitely looked like that in the morning, but before I know it, it looks greasy as time passes.

But if I apply powder, the glow I want completely disappears.

If I just leave it as is, my skin turns oily. How can I maintain it?

The expression I worked hard to bring to life lacks sustain.

Should we change the facts?

If I blot with oil blotting paper and apply powder again, will I be able to maintain a glowing complexion?

Please recommend a compact powder that controls oil and is good for touch-ups.
