Smudging-free makeup?

The thing I care about most when doing my makeup is...

First, if you apply sunscreen, BB cream, or tone-up cream before the cushion...

That's when you can feel the lag.

Then you think, "Ah, today's makeup is a bust."

When I apply cushion foundation in that state, there are times when I really wonder if I need to wash my face again.

Haven't you ever had that experience?

Do you happen to have a secret to prevent makeup from smudging after applying skincare and before starting your makeup routine?

Makeup really seems to depend on your skin condition and luck each day.
