I'm clueless about makeup ㅠ To achieve a pretty glow

I'm a complete beginner when it comes to makeup. I want to achieve a natural, radiant look, but what base products would be helpful? My skin is combination type (oily T-zone, dry cheeks), so it's tricky. It's also very sensitive, so it turns red if I apply the wrong product. Please recommend some gentle products that give a natural glow.
