Am I the only one getting scalp acne these days?

Am I the only one getting a lot of acne on my scalp when the weather is really hot and humid?

I had been neglecting the pads I bought for exfoliation because they seemed a bit irritating.

However, lately my scalp has been feeling very hot, getting a lot of breakouts, and feeling oily, so I wiped my scalp with this pad.

It feels cool and refreshing, and seems effective for itching or skin troubles, so I wipe my face about once or twice a week whenever I remember.
