Do you have any tips for getting rid of acne marks quickly?

They say acne stops as you get older, but why do I still get it? ㅠ Especially on my chin, my sebaceous glands seem to be overactive, as I keep getting huge pimples. They fester deep inside, and once they burst, they leave big scars. It takes over a month for the swelling to go down, but the red and dark marks sometimes linger for months. Maybe it's because my skin regenerates slower as I get older, but the marks really last a long time. Please share any ways to get rid of them quickly. They say time is the answer to acne scars, but looking at my patchy chin makes me feel depressed.
