Recommendations for products to remove or fade incision scars

I had eyebrow lift surgery a few years ago.

I've tried applying ointments that are supposed to be good or expensive, but they aren't going away completely.

If it doesn't disappear, I want to at least make it faint.

It can be covered with makeup.

Is there a really good ointment?

Or do you have any product recommendations?
