Is there a patch that removes pimple marks around the mouth?

I had a red pimple a few months ago that went away naturally, but the mark left where the scab peeled off is unsightly. ㅜㅜ Has anyone managed to get rid of pimple marks like this? Does anyone know of a patch that removes pimple marks around the mouth? It makes me sad that my regenerative abilities seem to have declined due to aging, haha. I'm still in my forties, though. ㅜ
