Visible sebum

Usually, white sebum tends to come to the surface after washing my face...

I'm gently plucking them out with a cotton swab, but no matter how gently I do it, I think it's not good to do it continuously.

I've tried using cleansing O-rings too, but they seem to only work on blackheads, so please let me know if anyone knows a solution💗
