Is there any ointment that is good for acne scars?

For the past few months, I've been getting severe breakouts around my chin just before my period.

Even when they pop up bright red like huge pimples that are hard to squeeze, they don't turn yellow and fester.

This repeated for several months, and because I touched it incorrectly, a scar was left.

As I get older, my skin doesn't regenerate well, and since this lingering issue bothers me, it's bothering me.

When I go out, I put on makeup and cover it up with concealer.

Are there any products effective for acne scars? Please recommend any products you have tried that were good.
