How do I deal with melasma and discoloration that have been left behind by UV rays?

Even though I applied a lot of coverage to make my makeup look solid, applied a generous amount of sunscreen after my base, put on a cushion pack on top, and even wore a baseball cap and sunglasses, freckles and discoloration around my eyes have already started to appear.

Before I knew it, it had turned into a mark and gradually spread. Even though I had taken good care of my UV protection, the traces of the freckles that had penetrated the rays were drawn for so long that they wouldn't come off easily.

It seems to frequently appear around the eyes, on both sides of the forehead, and on both sides of the eyebrows. How can I remove it to get rid of it?
