How can I get rid of an incision scar?

I had a mole near my forehead, between my eyebrows. Since it was a raised mole, I was told it wouldn't go away even if I had it removed.

So I had an incision and stitched it up.

The spots and bumps are gone, but a mark remains like Suda 1.

I've tried applying ointments that are supposed to be good or expensive, but they aren't going away completely.

I'm not sure if I need to get a procedure to remove this, but it does get covered up with makeup.

Is there really a definitive ointment?
