⁉️ Is it possible to improve acne scars with cosmetics 🧴? 🤔

I had extractions done at a dermatology clinic for my milia, but due to a botched procedure, I was left with pitting and scars instead. While cosmetic procedures are certainly fast-acting, the cost is quite steep, so I can't easily decide to get the treatment again. Are there any cosmetic products that can provide some degree of effectiveness?
