Do men also use conditioner after shampooing?

I am using hair loss shampoo because I am losing a lot of hair.

I'm only using shampoo, but my hair is too rough.

Do men use hair treatments or hair masks too?

I'm not doing it because it's a hassle.

I would appreciate it if you could recommend a treatment or a hair mask.
