보통 심한 지성일 경우 알칼리성 폼을 사용해주는 것도 좋은데 알칼리성 폼도 너무 자주 사용하면 피부에 자극이 가니까 저는 기름이 유난히 많이 올라오면 그때 해줍니다! 날이 추워 건조해지니까 일주일에 2번 정도 해주는 것 같네요!

They say that mildly acidic foam is usually good, right?
