Please recommend a good product for dead skin cells on the lips and face.

I am always worried about dead skin cells on my face and lips.

My facial exfoliation is severe.

I wake up and it feels itchy.

The dead skin on my lips just isn't getting any better.

Even if I apply lip balm frequently, and even if I apply a generous amount of lip mask before bed, dead skin cells still form.

It's an endless loop. I'm curious if there is a fundamental solution.

Please recommend a good product.
