The Olive Young Shrek Pack—is it similar to the Lush Shrek Pack?

I was looking for a dupe for the Lush Magnaminty Mask, which is famous as the Shrek Pack, and I found a Shrek Pack at Olive Young that actually has a picture of Shrek on it! lol

The Olive Young Shrek Pack seems to be quite popular, and I'm wondering if it also gives off a tingling, cooling sensation like Lush's Magnaminty. If it does have that tingling feeling, I'd like to give it a try. Has anyone used it?

Even if it's not the Olive Young Shrek Pack, if you know of any mask packs that give a tingling, cooling sensation like applying toothpaste, please feel free to recommend them :)
