When do you shampoo, 'evening vs. morning'?

In the past, no matter how tired I was when going to work, I used to wake up a little earlier to shampoo my hair in the morning.

It has been over a dozen years since I last shampooed in the evening after work—a really, really long time. After washing from head to toe, I finish the day feeling much more cool, refreshed, and satisfied, with dead skin cells, sebum, and sweat all removed.

With long, thick hair, washing and drying it is difficult, and since one minute in the early morning feels like ten, getting up is even harder. I wonder how I ever used to be so diligent about shampooing in the morning back then. Oh No!!!!! I have no idea. Haha.
