I've heard that taking a half-body bath or foot bath is good for the skin because it removes toxins. Has anyone seen their skin improve from taking half-body or foot baths?
I want to try it too, but I haven't been able to because I'm worried about getting flushed. If it's okay, I'd like to give it a try!
