런데이까지는 못하고 식후 십분씩은 꼭 걸어요
I've been doing nothing but breathing exercises at home, and I feel like I can't go on like this, so I'm thinking of trying to run, but there aren't any suitable parks nearby... There is a big park about a 20-minute walk away, but shouldn't you exercise close by to be able to do it consistently? I already get off work late, so a 20-minute one-way trip makes it 40 minutes round trip, and I'm really conflicted. I'm curious how long it takes for those of you who use Run Day to get to your running spot and how many minutes a day you exercise.
