Oily skin sebum.

I have oily skin, and I always have a lot of sebum on the right side of my nose. I don't have any on the left, but the right side always has a lot of sebum. Should I go to a hospital to have a sebaceous cyst removed? Should I go to a general surgery clinic? A dermatology clinic? A plastic surgery clinic? Also, my pores are enlarged; what kind of procedure would be best for me?
