Men's skin tag concerns

My husband has been married and is approaching 40. I am seeing skin tags that weren't there before.

I hate looking at it so much. I tell them to go to the hospital, but they just say it's too much of a hassle. Is there any way to get rid of it at home?

I tried doing a few things based on internet searches, but it didn't work.
