Do you have any makeup tips?

My face looks really ambiguous...

I am on the pretty side, but I also hear a lot that I have a face that is difficult to apply makeup to. They say I look a bit awkward when I wear makeup. So, I usually go around without makeup and go out with a bare face... (For reference, I am in my third year of middle school.)

My eyes have a rather fierce look. I believe I have "three-white-eyes" (sclera visible on the sclera). However, the outer corners of my eyes are actually a bit blunt, or perhaps I should say they droop. I have monolids, but they are on the larger side for monolids. My eyebrows are generally slightly upturned at the ends. My forehead isn't particularly wide, but I think I look better with bangs. My jawline isn't short, and while I usually get told my nose is pretty, should I say it's a bit long? Anyway, that's how it is. My skin is on the darker side, but I bought the darkest shade of cushion foundation available at the store, and my friends teased me, saying it was too bright... My skin tone is also a bit ambiguous. I usually seem like a warm tone, but if I lighten my complexion even slightly, I hear so many times that I look like a cool tone...

Please roughly explain things like the shape of the eyeliner or the area to apply the eyeshadow.
