The back of my legs has been itchy for a month. Could it be atopic dermatitis?

The back of my left thigh feels subtly different.

It started itching like a mosquito bite about a month ago, and it's still itching.

It doesn't itch constantly, but it seems to get itchier when I touch it.

I'm trying not to worry about it, but I'm wondering if it's okay to just leave it alone.

I'm also wondering if it might be atopic dermatitis.
