Skin changes in my adolescent daughter

It has been several years since my teenage daughter started getting tiny pimples..

It seems like they are really bothered by their small pimples, so they are buying and trying out all sorts of things.

I need to buy some basic skincare products soon... what should I buy?

Also, is it better to use the same toner and lotion for basic skincare?

Currently, my toner is Numbers In, and my lotion is Dokdo.
