Is there a sunscreen I can apply over full makeup?

I prefer to spend a lot of time doing a full makeup look.

After that, when I touch up my makeup, I just use powder to remove the oil.

However, I heard that you should reapply sunscreen frequently, about every two hours, but I found it difficult to use sunscreen or sun stick after full makeup.

I worry that my base makeup might smudge when I apply sunscreen or sun stick, and I'm also worried that my base makeup might look patchy after applying the sun stick.

Would it be better to use a compact powder with UV protection?

Or, even if I just apply it over full makeup, won't my base makeup smudge?
