Would a sun stick also have good blocking effects?

UV protection is important, so I'm wondering if sun sticks are as effective as sunscreen.

I would also like to know if I need to check whether sun sticks are divided into organic and inorganic types before purchasing.

I'm also curious if sunscreen comes off more cleanly with warm water than with lukewarm water.
