I don't have any lotion. Can I apply hand cream to my face as a quick fix?

I didn't bring my makeup pouch today.

It was so hot that I just washed my face at the office,

Oh no!!!!!! There's no lotion.

When there is no lotion,

I do have hand cream at the office.

It shouldn't be a problem for my skin if I just swipe it on a little, right?

I don't usually experience skin tightness after washing my face,

It's fine... but still, compared to bare skin, I feel like I should at least apply some lotion.
