Is it difficult to block UV rays with just cushion or foundation?

to be honest...

The sun isn't even as hot as it used to be.

So, applying sunscreen is starting to feel like a hassle, right?

Of course, it is good to apply it thoroughly every day, but...

Is cushion or foundation alone not enough?

First of all, before that,

UV protection index for everyday outings

(SPF, PA) What do you think is an appropriate level?🧐

(SPF stands for UVB protection, and PA stands for UVA protection.)

I thought typical sunscreens usually had SPF 50~50+ and PA 3+~4+.

Is SPF 35 insufficient? Is PA 2+ insufficient?

I looked it up in the knowledge encyclopedia.

I heard that SPF 15–30 and PA+ are sufficient for everyday UV protection.

Then, what is the UV protection factor of the foundations or cushions we use?

I checked out a total of 6 types of products I have at home: cushions, foundations, and tone-up creams (not tone-up sunscreens)!

Except for the third cushion and foundation, they all had UV protection capabilities comparable to sunscreen in terms of numerical values.

I was unable to attach photos of the two foundations, but both had UV protection at the SPF 35, PA+ level.

Hmm... I checked the numbers, and personally, I think this is good enough to be considered a cushion.

What do you all think?

I wrote this after looking it up because I suddenly got curious, but

It's surprising that the cushions have a high UV index.
