I usually diet by walking.
It's summer these days, so it's hard to walk.
With the amount of housework increasing, it was difficult to go out for a walk on my own.
Will riding a stationary bike at home be as effective as walking?
I don't really go out much anyway, so I just stay at home.
Still, walking might be better.
The goal is to lose weight.
