Do you just throw away used skin pads or cotton pads?

Pads that I used and threw away without thinking

Cotton pads soaked in toner

Did you rub it on your face and just throw it away?

Please don't just throw it away anymore.

Please rub it on your elbows and heels.

You will see smooth heels.

I can feel my foot skin becoming smooth.

I'm doing it on my feet

I was just going to throw it away

I sometimes rub it on my husband's feet too lol
