Is it really good to wash your face with a galvanic device?

I keep seeing "Galvanic" popping up while watching YouTube. Is it a trend these days?

I'm curious if it really works~~ It's quite expensive, so I can't just buy it whenever I wantㅠㅠ~~~~

I'd like to buy it if it's good. What do you think?
