What shampoo do you use?

I don't know why my hair is so itchy no matter how thoroughly I wash it.

I heard it is good to shampoo twice, so the first time I just lathered it up.

I rinse it roughly the first time and wash it thoroughly the second time, but it still gets itchy quickly.

I want to try changing my shampoo. By any chance, what product does everyone use?
