Do you apply sunscreen when you get breakouts?

I have sensitive skin that frequently breaks out.

When my skin is good, I make sure to apply all sorts of products, but once a month, my skin breaks out starting about a week before that time of the month.

I'm always wondering if I should apply sunscreen when breakouts like this come up.

When I get breakouts, I try to keep my skincare routine as light as possible, but I'm worried that applying sunscreen might make the breakouts worse. Do you members use sun care even when you have breakouts?

Since I am getting older, I have some age spots on my face, so I think UV protection is important.

But then, when breakouts pop up, it gets so stressful that I end up applying it sometimes and not other times.
